According to the European Framework of Reference for Languages, "German proficiency B2" is understood to be the independent use of language. This means that a learner at this level is able to communicate spontaneously and fluently, so that a normal conversation with native speakers is quite possible without major effort on either side. Furthermore, he/she can understand complex topics, lead professional discussions and defend his/her point of view. You can find more info on CEFR page.
To finish B2 level completely, you need B2.1 and B2.2. A partial level takes us one month with Edugerman intense program. I.e. for B2.1 you need 4 weeks and for B2.2 another 4 weeks. Thus, you will have completed the B2 level only after two months.
