Course Structure

Our intensive courses are all offered online. This means you must always be present live in the online face-to-face sessions (preferably with a camera!).

Our courses are structured as follows:
Our A and C level intensive courses last 2.5 months and B level intensive courses last 3 months. The courses largely consist of two sub-levels. For example our online intensive course A1 consists of sublevel A1.1+A1.2 (5 weeks + 5 weeks). Our online intensive course B2 consists of sublevel B2.1+B2.2 (6 weeks + 6 weeks) and so on.

All sublevels other than B1 and B2 lasts a total of 5 weeks. Sublevels of B1 and B2 are completed in 6 weeks. The last weeks of the courses are conversation week. If you take A1 complete course, after 4 weeks there is a two-hour written exam on our learning platform. This is followed by the so-called conversation week (one week long, where live speaking only is practiced). During these conversation hourse, your teacher will evaluate your speaking abilities according to CEFR levels and give regular feedbacks to you. At the and of this month (4 weeks of grammar and one week of conversation) you will finish the first sub-level.
This is immediately followed by the next sub-level (Eg.A1.2), which also takes 5 weeks to complete. The sequence is exactly the same. Immediately after this time there will be an oral exam, which will take place outside the live session. The exam procedure is based on the CEFR and reflects an exam procedure that is conducted by the internationally recognized certification bodies.

At the end of the complete level you will receive all exam results and a detailed feedback on your final language position. Furthermore, you will receive tips and possible materials from our teachers. You will also receive tips and materials from our teachers to effectively prepare for a certificate exam.

After finishing one level...

After finishing the one level with edugerman method, you will completely be ready to any certification exam

Let's say you take German A1 online course from us and completed it.

-If you were an average student in our course, you can take the TestDaF, Goethe or Telc exam and get your A1 certificate with ease.
-If you were really competent and applied all the recommendations of your teacher, it is not even surprised to get an A2 certificate.

In case of your aim is just getting a certificate this is enough for you. However, if you want to take your German skills to one step further (especially in speaking) we would encourage you to take a A1 - A2 conversation course.
